Cartridge demineralizers from the Faon TE line are a flexible solution and effective support in the catering and hotel industry. Partially demineralized water is a basic requirement for shiny dishes, especially drinking glasses. However, significantly less residue also sticks to kitchen appliances such as steamers. The appliances are therefore better maintained and require less cleaning. The latter has a positive effect on downtime.
