Recently, our sales consultant Philipp Bieri was able to experience a special highlight: an exclusive tour of the impressive Lötschberg Base Tunnel. But that was not all - afterwards, the BLS Netz AG professional fire department in Frutigen opened its doors. Particularly impressive: the ultra-modern fleet of vehicles including the fire engine.
In conversation with Raphael Romang, the firefighter on duty, a practical topic came up: Limescale stains on the freshly washed emergency vehicles - despite regular maintenance. The cause? Conventional tap water.
The solution was quickly found: Deionized water (fully demineralized water) that leaves no residue on painted surfaces. Philipp Bieri presented the advantages of Faon® deionized water cartridges - and convinced them. After a successful test installation, the Frutigen militia fire department and the professional fire department promptly opted for a Faon® VE-50 cartridge.
